Holiday Deals For iPhones In 2011

Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving, when retailers slash prices on items in order to create a buying frenzy and shoppers wait in lines that span around malls for cheap laptops, tablets and HDTVs.

This all-important day for retailers is their opportunity to take advantage of the beginning of the Christmas shopping season to get themselves "in the black," actually making profits over and above the store's bottom line.

With September almost over, it’s time to turn our eyes to the next major event in the tech world. No, I’m not talking about the iPhone 5 release date, but a date that has almost the same level of buzz — Black Friday. Parsing a politician’s words has never been so tricky.

The release date for the iPhone 5 and the iPhone 4S is next month according to current Apple board member and former U.S. Vice President Al Gore, who spoke at a conference this week and revealed that the “new iPhones” (plural) will debut in October, quipping that it was an intentional plug. Black Friday Apple Sales

You can get an early look at Apple's discounts for Black Friday on the store site now. Savings include $101 off the purchase of new MacBook Pro or MacBook Air laptops, and the same off new iMacs. Last year, Apple had a similar event on Black Friday.

The deals were decent, but not spectacular; at best you could save $100 on more expensive items such as the iMac or the MacBook Pro. This year will probably be all about the iPad; if you’ve been saving for one, this might be your best chance to keep some of those hard-earned dollars in your pocket. You can purchase a large selection of computers, iPods, iPhones, iPads, printers, keyboards, mice, speakers, memory, home theater systems, and electronic accessories.

They carry popular computers and laptops including the MacBook, the MacBook Pro, the iMac, the Mac mini, and the Macbook Air. First and foremost we must consider Apple. It is sad to see Steve not heading up the operation any more, but we wish him many more years of health and to be on the sidelines keeping Apple at the cutting edge.

This brings to mind the new iPhone 5. For the past two years, Apple has offered similar savings on Black Friday - $101 off the iMac and MacBook Pro, as well as savings on iPods and Apple TV.
